I work from an integrative, humanistic, and person-centered foundation, believing that each individual has the capacity for growth, resilience, and self-understanding. I tailor every session to your unique needs, drawing from evidence-based methods including CBT to help shift unhelpful thoughts, EMDR to process difficult memories, compassion-focused strategies to build self-kindness, and mindfulness to bring calm into your life. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and supported as you work toward the changes you want.
Result: I meet you where you are and walk alongside you as you take the next steps toward growth and healing. With a growth mindset, we’ll work together to overcome challenges and build the tools you need for lasting success.

With 25 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), I bring a blend of expertise and heart to my work.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of helping clients navigate everything from life’s toughest transitions to the complexities of trauma, anxiety, and relationship challenges.
My approach is rooted in authenticity, directness, and compassion. I believe in getting to the heart of what’s really going on, but I don’t take myself too seriously—I’ll use humor when appropriate to help make tough moments feel a little lighter. Life is already complicated, so I focus on making therapy a space that feels real, grounded, and supportive.
Somatic Experiencing (SE) allows me to help clients connect with their bodies and release stored trauma in a way that words alone can’t always do. This mind-body approach brings healing, awareness, and balance to those who are struggling with stress or unresolved trauma.
Whether you’re feeling disconnected or overwhelmed, I’m here to guide you in a way that honors where you’re at and where you want to go.
I’m all about meeting you where you are—with kindness, clarity, and a little bit of wit. If you’re looking for a therapist who will be genuine, straightforward, and committed to your journey, we’ll get along just fine.
Life isn’t always easy, but that doesn’t mean we can’t face it with humor, honesty, and a whole lot of heart.
